Standard orders take 4–8 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. For urgent orders, we can sometimes fast-track to 3 weeks depending on volume and complexity. We'll confirm your timeline before you commit.
Absolutely. We offer full custom printing, your logo, artwork, Pantone colours, whatever you need. We also offer custom labels and swing tags. Our design team will send you a digital mockup for approval before production begins.

Yes, 100%. Every bag is made from recycled rPET fabric sourced from ocean-bound plastic bottles. The fabric is GRS-certified, water-resistant, and contains zero PFA coatings. We can provide full material certifications and supply chain documentation for your ESG reporting.
Yes. We can send unbranded samples from our existing range so you can see and feel the quality. For custom printed samples, there's a small setup fee which is credited against your full order.
Yes, we ship worldwide. UK delivery is included for most orders. International shipping is quoted based on volume and destination. We can also ship directly to multiple office locations or event venues.
Tell us your deadline and we'll work backwards. We regularly deliver for conferences, product launches, and corporate events. The earlier you get in touch, the more flexibility we have, but we've turned around rush orders in as little as 3 weeks.
