How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

UK Mainland, Highland and Islands:

Delivery with a proof of delivery (3-5 working days / Royal Mail) at £3.95, free for orders over £60.

Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days / Royal Mail) at £6.50.


Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) at a flat rate of £11.00.

Rest of The World:

Standard Delivery (3-9 working days) at £15.50.

All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my shipping address?

If you made a mistake during the checkout process, please make sure you contact us as soon as possible. 

We will do our best to change your information, but if the parcel has already left our warehouse, there is nothing we can do.

Will I be charged taxes and/or duties?

Your order will be shipped from UK and with the Delivery Duties Unpaid, where the seller is responsible for the export taxes only. It is the buyers responsibility for paying the import taxes upon receipt of the item. The buyer can pay these at the local post office/online.


What is your returns policy?

Note: You must include your order number (emailed with your order invoice when the purchase was originally made) on the outside of your parcel, in order for the return to be processed correctly.

We really hope you love your Kind Bag but if for any reason you are not happy or change your mind please email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund on non-sale items.

Please ensure the product is returned unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging, including labels and tags. Please post back the item to the address below with a note inside stating your order number and reason for return.

We recommend that you send the parcel with tracking and use a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order. Any issues please email us as soon as possible.

A full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods so long as they arrive in the correct condition. Please note that the postage charge from your original order is not refundable.

We expect all our bags to arrive in perfect condition and be of excellent quality. However, if there is any fault with your product please get in contact with us at and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please ensure you take photographs of the fault before posting it back to us.

Bag Recycling 

Kind Bags are designed to last a lifetime however sometimes we know wear and tear gets the best of us all! If your Kind Bag has come to the end of its lifecycle (post its 2-year warranty) and you would like to recycle it please contact us at and we will let you know the best address to send it to for recycling!
