UK, Islands & Highlands

• Standard Delivery (3–5 working days via Royal Mail, proof of delivery): £3.95, free on orders over £70.
• Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 working days via Royal Mail): £6.50.
• Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
• If you’d like your order shipped via another courier, please contact us before placing your order.

Northern Europe

• Standard Delivery (5–15 working days, subject to customs): £11.00 flat rate.
• Shipped from the UK on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis (export taxes covered, import duties payable by the customer on arrival).
• Customs delays may extend delivery times.
• Countries include: Austria, Czechia, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Jersey, Poland, Slovakia, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.

Southern Europe

• Standard Delivery (5–15 working days, subject to customs): £15.00 flat rate.
• Orders shipped from the UK on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. Import duties must be settled by the customer.
• Countries include: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Vatican City, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain.

Rest of the World

• Standard Delivery (5–20 working days, subject to customs): £20.00 flat rate.
• Please note: products are delivered via third-party carriers and outside our direct control. Customs checks and charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sending as a Gift

• All orders are paper-free: no invoices are included.
• Items are wrapped in Kind Bag tissue paper — perfect for gifting straight to the recipient.
• Our mailing cartons are letterbox-friendly (up to 6 medium bags).
• Add a personalised message at checkout (shown on the packing slip, not on the product).

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Kind Bag. If not, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (non-sale items only).

How to Return

1. Email hello@kindbag.co within 30 days to request your return.
2. Ensure your bag is unused, in its original packaging with labels and tags.
3. Include your order number (on the outside of the parcel + a note inside).

• We recommend using tracked shipping and insuring your parcel — you are responsible until it reaches us.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return in good condition.
• Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
