Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 days / Royal Mail) at £6.50.

All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

We use Royal Mail for both Standard and Express delivery for mainland UK. If you require your order to be sent with any other courier, please do get in touch with us before placing an order.

Northern Europe

Standard Delivery (5-15 working days depending on regional customs) at a flat rate of £11.00.

Please note that your order will be shipped from UK and with the Delivery Duties Unpaid, where the seller is responsible for the export taxes only. It is the buyers responsibility for paying the import taxes upon receipt of the item. The buyer can pay these at the local post office/online.

Sending as a gift?

All of our deliveries are paper free meaning no invoice will be included! Ready wrapped in Kind Bag tissue paper we would love for you to send your gift straight from us to the recipient - rest assured there'll be no billing information included in your order.

Our mailing carton is also letterbox friendly for contactless delivery (up to 6 medium bags). You can also add your own message to the packing slip - add your message at the cart page before you checkout. 

Return for a refund

Note: You must include your order number (emailed with your order invoice when the purchase was originally made) on the outside of your parcel, in order for the return to be processed correctly.

We really hope you love your Kind Bag but if for any reason you are not happy or change your mind please email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund on non-sale items.

Please ensure the product is returned unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging, including labels and tags. Please post back the item to the address below with a note inside stating your order number and reason for return.

We recommend that you send the parcel with tracking and use a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order. Any issues please email us as soon as possible.

A full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods so long as they arrive in the correct condition. Please note that the postage charge from your original order is not refundable.

We expect all our bags to arrive in perfect condition and be of excellent quality. However, if there is any fault with your product please get in contact with us at hello@kindbag.co and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please ensure you take photographs of the fault before posting it back to us.

Why choose Eco Friendly "100% recycled" material?

100% recycled material in all Kind Bags eliminates the need for single-use plastic bags. Vegan and cruelty free as well as high-quality, premium, strong material that is water-resistant and lightweight.

Currently, all our bags are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. They’re strong, practical, beautiful and compact - but what’s actually so special and different, when a reusable bag is made from recycled plastic?

Nowadays we all are aware that plastic waste is polluting the planet, not helped by its slow degrading process. Reusable bags prevent the need for single-use plastic bags, which only are used for 15 minutes on average before thrown away. However, do we really know that reusable bags are actually helping to protect the environment?

Lots of reusable bags require a great number of reuses to justify its environmental impact from production. For example, cotton tote bags need 7,000 to 20,000 reuses to have the same cumulative environmental impact (such as water use) as a classic plastic bag. BUT recycled plastic only needs 2-3 reuses.
