US Shipped from Wisconsin, not the UK

Every US order ships from our warehouse in Delavan, Wisconsin. Nothing crosses an ocean to reach you, so there are no customs forms, no import duties and no surprise charges on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay, plus sales tax where your state requires it.

Delivery time	2–4 business days

Orders placed before 12pm CT on a business day are usually picked the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out the next business day.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Where we deliver

We ship to all 50 states, plus DC. We're not able to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment.

Something not right?

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than three business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@kindbag.co with your order number and we'll sort it. Photos help if there's damage, but they're not essential to get the conversation started.
